慕道团
什么是慕道团？
愿意认识耶稣、追随耶稣的人组成的团体。可包括天主教教友、非教友。一齐正视人生、渴慕真理、追寻圣道、走信仰的旅程。
谁可以参加？
凡17岁以上的人都可以。非教友团称为募道者。
参加的目的是什么？
认识天主和教会。过一个更自由、更丰富、更有意义的生活。慕道者最终应自由的选择是否要领洗加入天主教会。
慕道的过程需要多少时间？
约10至12个月。时间不论长短，目的是让参加者对天主教的信仰有一个完整的认识。
慕道团用什么方式进行？
本堂慕道团每逢星期五聚会一次在晚上七点半，每次约一个半至两个小时。聚会时由神父及讲员主讲天主教的道理。参加者也彼此谈论与分享，互相学习。探索生命的内容与意义。慕道过程中也举办一些康乐活动，促进彼此间的友谊。

Mandarin RCIA
What is “Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults” or “RCIA”?
It is a gathering of people who want to know and follow Christ. It includes Catholics and non-Catholics. Together, they possess a positive view of life, long for truth, pursue holiness and journey in faith.
Who can participate?
Anyone above 17 years of age may participate. Non-Catholic participants are referred to as “Catechumens”.
What is the goal of participation?
It is to know God and His Church. To live a more liberated, richer and meaningful life. Towards the end of the RCIA journey. Catechumen will freely decide if he or she wants to be baptized and become a member of the Catholic Church.
How long would the RCIA journey take?
It takes about 10 to 12 months. Regardless of its duration, RCIA aims to provide and help participants achieve a thorough understanding of the Catholic faith.
How are RCIA classes conducted?
Our RCIA classes are held every Friday at 7.30pm, each session lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours. Priests and lay preachers are the main speakers at these sessions. Participants are encouraged to discuss, share and learn from each other, and explore the constituents and meaning of life. In the course of the RCIA journey, recreational activities are also organized for the building of friendship between participants.
